Long time customer, maybe not anymore. Ordered a carburetor for my toro mower. When it came in it was wrong. I know they have a no return policy on carbs, but this was not the right one. The lady at the parts counter insisted it was the right one. I said absolutely not.
After some back and forth, we determined it was indeed the wrong part, but now the boss says I ordered it wrong. I gave the mower model # and serial #. I needed to give the engine #. Why didn't the person taking the order tell me that? why didn't the factory send back that they needed the engine #? As the consumer, how am I supposed

BEWARE! Read there receipt even though you only get it AFTER the purchase. It Clearly states the minute you buy it you can not return it. If its not working by the time you get home you can deal with the manufacturer. Spent $500 on a mower and bought it back within 3 hrs that is was making funny noises and not working correctly. They said sorry, there is nothing they can do and will recommend you going to there repair center. Just a heads up, some big box stores offer a full year warranty and the store will take care of the warranty!! Horribly experience.

I've been coming here since 1997. And wow the service is spectacular!!! The staff seems to remain pretty much in tact so they know their products & the repair facility is about 1mile in the opposite direction. They remain light years ahead of home depot& lowes b/c of this & selling top notch equipment.

SCHMIDT'S AND SERAFINES power equipment in Waterbury Ct...
I purchased a Shindaiwa blower EB802RT. Trouble starting immediately. Also ran at about 70% power from its first use. Called immediately to notify them of the problem. I Didn't have another blower at the time so I used this one with its problems until I was able to drop off at their shop. It came with a FULL one year warranty. I dropped it off within that time frame. As I went to pick it up, I found out they replaced spark plug, (it was new), and they replaced air filter it was a little dusty but
