Jacob and his crew are top notch. You don't find many businesses these days that honor their committments and follow through so thoroughly.
With the recent rain we've had water seeping out of our refinishwd basement floor- to the point where puddles of water were pooling. We looked around for vendors but couldn't find many good options. Jacob saved the day and has been very thorough and detail oriented in his work. He takes the time to explain their approach. He pumped epoxy around the leaks and cracks and plugged them up. He's come back to check up on us to make sure the

Fabulous repair of deep cracks in basement foundation wall against hillside that caused bad leaks and basement flooding in heavy or protracted rains. These repairs were done in the summer of 2013, but due to drought, there has been no opportunity to test them until this week (12/5/14). Very reasonable pricing, neat and rapid work!

They are completely unprofessional. They scheduled me twice and never showed up. They promised several times that they will call back to reschedule and never did.
I called them originally on Dec 23rd to see if they can come in before Xmas. Fairly enough, one of their employees, Jacob Habache, said he couldn't but that he will come on Monday Dec 27. Monday came by and passed, and he did not call or show up. I called his office on tuesday Dec 28, and talked to a lady there, who said that she will call Jacob and get back to me in the afternoon. She did not call back that afternoon, neither the
