This company was recommended to us by our civil engineer to complete part of a larger waterproofing project in our house remodel. After finding water leakage in areas where work was done, we contacted the company to request them to come back and re-do the work. Despite that our contractor failed to secure warranty when engaging High End Development, they still came out and checked on the work and made sure no water leakage is found again. As home owners, we really appreciated their effort and willingness to go above and beyond in ensuring customer satisfaction.

I have a large deck off the master bedroom that was leaking, i know..it sucks right! Who really wants to deal with that mess? I googled a good waterproofing contractor and came across High End Development. I called and the very next morning someone was out looking at my deck, taking measurements, and photos. I got to see samples and photos of their past work. I was really impressed I had them do the work. The workers they sent over to my home were polite and seemed very knowledgeable. I had a pool deck made of concrete sagging a good 3 inches in spots below the edge of the pool. Was put in touch with one of the owners directly. Came out almost immediately and put in their quote. Totally reasonable price. They complete the work in a timely manner as I was on a time crunch before an important party. Jim, an owner, made sure I was completely satisfied with the finished product. We ended up staining it darker than anticipated. They were totally flexible and professional. Would totally recommend them and will be having them fix my driveway hopefully in the near future. I

I now have the most beautiful deck you could ever imagine!!! The workmanship seems very solid and the deck is beautiful. However, if you use this company be sure you know what you are being quoted for. It turned out that the staining of the deck was not included. I had a few issues with the staining that High End ended up doing for additional cost, and after a couple of returns by the painting carpenter, the deck looks great. I also needed to have the boards replaced due to excessive knots in the wood. I was under a tight time deadline, which High End development was able to meet when the

High Development was referred to us by using a web search for contractors. Our front porch is made of concrete and sagging and in need of repair.
The web search was to have them call us but that never happened. I followed up after a week with a call of my own. One of their contractors was to call me back to arrange a time to come by. A day later, after not getting a phone call, I called back. Seems he had the wrong number and although he said he called me many times, I never received a call.
On the day he was to come by, an hour after he was to be here, I get a call from him saying he could not
