This is a community GEM and I hope more people head to StitchCraft for yarn and fabric fun. Johanna, the owner, and her staff have a passion for making and I can see by the store expansion that they are welcoming more Makers from many disciplines, not just quilting. Every time I have gone in, I notice that there are items of several different price points - not just things for the affluent hobbyist. Looking forward to classes there, and I’ve met a few really nice folks by joining the Block of the Month club.

First time customer. The service was awesome.
Employees and other customers in the store were super friendly and helpful. From West Palm Beach and well worth the drive. I will definitely be returning in a couple months. Highly recommend if you are looking for unusual and a wide variety of quilting and crafting material.

The Only reason I am giving them a one star is because there is no zero star! Upon entering there were several women and not one of them acknowledged any of the three of us- we looked around for at least 15 minutes with no one ever saying hi, can I help you or even acknowledging we came in. Very plain and simple to wrapped up in their little group of locals to give any attention to potential new customers! Don't waste your time, not only unfriendly but quite out of style! Needs updated!!

Of course I could not stray outside of my hood and not look look for a fabric store to check out. My latest hobby is sewing my own clothes and fabric is my crack. I was in the Boca area and came to StichCraft to see what's up. This is actually a very cute and quaint quilting shop. I don't quilt or work with Calico much, but I can still appreciate the cuteness and skill that is takes to make a quilt. They have all te fabric bolts color and theme coordinated, which gives displays a really nice effect. There are also some impressive looking quilts hung here and there.

This store is a fabric goldmine! It's a hub, full of the most diverse selection of beautiful fabrics you could ever imagine. Beyond the fabrics, the staff are warm and welcoming. This is an environment where you can freely express yourself, take classes to improve your sewing / crafting skills, or even ask a dozen questions that will be answered 1 after another. The staff feel that it's their pleasure to help customers. If I could rate this 6 stars, I would.

I really want to like this store....but it's very much geared toward an older clientele and the prices are very high because it's "Boca". Fabrics are really geared only towards quilting. They don't seem to keep up-to-date with newer popular fabrics. I've honestly found "local sewing shops" online that ship free with much more larger selections with trendier fabrics. I have only used this store now for emergencies.
