At The Factory Sew-Vac, we have the largest selection of sewing machines, including Husqvarna Viking and Singer. We are excited to partake in the creative possibilities of sophisticated technology and savvy state of the art sewing machines with computerized interfaces. Our staff is educated on the latest models and are dedicated to learning and teaching all the features in sewing machines.
Vacuums come with many different options and advantages, which can make it confusing to find just the right vacuum for your needs. Amps refer to the power of the motor, and range from 3.6 to 12. In general, the higher the amp rating, the more suction the vacuum cleaner will have and the more it will cost.
These classes are all from 5 to 6 p.m. and you must call and reserve your seat. If no one calls, no one will be here. Class teacher is Jeff Momot, owner of the store, who has 24 years of experience. A class is free if you purchased your machine from us; otherwise you must pay a fee, as outlined below.

Jeff really helped us out!! After a bit of a vacuuming fiasco at our house, we decided to finally ditch a few vacuums and get the right machine for our home. He listened to exactly what I said and I chose a Miele canister vacuum. The one I wanted was actually sold out - but, seeing that my previous vacuum left a horrible mess back at the house - I was able to buy the flood model. We are beyond happy! I'm truly grateful. It's an amazing vacuum and you really cannot beat the service, knowledge and friendliness of a small, local business. Definitely go check them out for your vacuum and sewing needs

I have an older Tony H305-3 industrial machine. Mistakes were made and I managed to damage the thread hook. Threads were snapping and shredding. I couldn't figure it out. After many hours of adjusting timing and trying everything I could, I gave up on it. I found The factory through a local quilters supply and brought my machine in. Jeff got it straightened out and it's running like a champ now. Jeff is an expert at fixing these things. Professional and very knowledgeable. The machine once again is making excellent stitches on multiple layers of 3.5oz leather without a problem.

The Factory is the best shopping and service provider for sewing machines I have ever encountered. When I was shopping for a new machine they inquired the type and amount of sewing I did and made a recommendation. I bought that machine 6 years ago, have had it serviced twice and it is still good as new. When I needed a heavy duty machine I bought a second one at The Factory and again it is exactly what I needed for my business. Service on my machines has been timely and reasonably priced. I definitely give them a 5 star rating!

The owner of this business, Jeff, was most professional and kind in demonstrating the various sewing machines to me. I had previously owned a $4000.00 computerized sewing machine and unfortunately the computer board had a failure that could not be replaced.I wanted a less expensive machine and Jeff demonstrated quite patiently various brands to me and subsequently I purchased a Singer sewing machine. I would highly recommend The Factory Sew-Vac. In addition to the graciousness of Jeff and Christie, they have the sweetest little puppy that gives kisses.
