Neuroplasticity-the brain's ability to form new connections is the foundation for the treatment of LSVT BIG. LSVT is a treatment approach for people with Parkinson's disease that addresses the cognitive aspects of the disease, leading to significant improvements in function, balance, and gait. Patients are given specific exercises involving large amplitude and exaggerated movement patterns.
Wellness visits are visits designed to improve your overall health, general wellness, or performance in a sport or hobby. Unlike a personal trainer who performs similar fitness visits, these visits are performed by an expert in body movement - a doctor of physical therapy. Being trained by a physical therapist ensures that the most optimal evidence-based exercises will be utilized in the safest - possible way.

My wife, who is heavily disabled by an aggressive form of Parkinson's, has been using Harry PT for nearly a year now, and we couldn't be happier. My wife has been working the entire time with Lisamarie Grafe, PT, DPT, who is wonderful both in aptitude and in attitude. Dr. Harry was recommended by my wife's movement-disorder neurologist because his people are experienced enough to make distinctions between, say, ordinary Parkinson's and "atypical parkinsonisms" such as Multiple System Atrophy, which is my wife's current diagnosis. The fact that they bill you through Medicare Part B (outpatient PT

One visit with Dr. Lisa and you’ll know your therapy goals will be surpassed! You could search Central Florida high and low for a clinician to match her skills and extensive knowledge. She is very professional, thorough and compassionate. Without her unwavering support and dedication to my elderly father the past several months, he would not be walking today. Having Parkinson’s and multiple hip surgeries, she brought him through the tough days when other therapists wouldn’t push for any progress. If you need someone to work hard and advocate for you on every level she deserves our esteemed

Fitz was a terrific Physical therapist. I can't say enough good things about him. I am recovering from a broken leg, plus I am 81 years old. Everything was tailored toward what would help me walk again. He was patient but firm. If I was having a bad day or a lot of pain, he understood. He not only worked with me in personal sessions but he gave me exercises to do on my own. He helped me with practical things like how to shop Publix, go to church, etc. He was patient. He was happy with my progress and supportive. We also had some good laughs. I highly recommend him. Evelyn True

Harry Physical Therapy is awesome! Outpatient therapy at home is a wonderful concept and worked so well for my mother. Fitz is very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. My mother was able to complete her therapy and is back on her feet after breaking her leg. Fitz schedules ahead, is on time for his appointments, spends as much time as he needs and has a great personality. I highly recommend Harry Physical Therapy and Wellness.

He cares so deeply about making a positive impact on his patient’s quality of life. He is my go to therapist for friends and family in need. There’s no better professional for therapy than Dr. Harry and he makes house calls- it’s brilliant and very convenient for his patients.

I met Harry through a Facebook group, and he knew of my injury, and offered to help. I've had therapy too many times after decades of running and work problems, but the instructions he gave me were light years ahead of anything I've seen previously. Instead of mimeographed sheets that were hard to read, I received webpages with different exercises, step-by-step instructions and more. He followed up repeatedly, and showed genuine concern for my well-being and recovery. My injury turned out to be more than was originally thought, but he was able to help me quite a bit with his care, and I am extremely
