The workers there are very kind and do great work! Brought my car in to have the brakes checked and strange rubbing sound checked out, and they found the issue within an hour or so. After giving the go ahead to do the repairs, they finished the work within a few hours, despite the part shortage right now! Driving away without hearing that sound was like heaven, and now I no longer have to worry about my brakes while my kids are in the car. Highly reccomend bringing your car if you need work done!

This place takes advantage of stranded motorists. Charging exuberant prices. They were going to charge us over a thousand dollars for 2 parts that turned out to retail for $56.00 and$6.00. THIS ISN'T COUNTING US HAVING TO FIND AND RENT A ROOM TO STAY AND ALSO PAY TO GET TO SAID ROOM. people beware this place is out too get rich of your misfortune.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We talked about the tires, originally I was just going to get 2 but looked online and saw the "buy three and get one free" and decided to go for that. When they had the wheels off, they took a look at the suspension and showed me where it was leaking. I asked about delaying it and they said that I didn't have to do it ever. It would mean a very bumpy ride until I got it repaired. I had been noticing that it has been riding very rough for several months, so after thinking about it for awhile, I told them to do it and asked if it could be finished by noon. They

I brought my vehicle because my car was making a lurching motion. I was a little wary about bringing it in because the last few times I brought it, they couldn’t figure out what was going on. Long story short, my dad was able to figure out and fix the problem. I spent well over $1,000- probably closer to $2k- for them to not be able to figure this out.

I am very happy with the service that I received from Family Auto Service. I took my wife’s 2013 Hyundai Elantra there for a long over due wheel bearing. They took care of it and found the control arm bushings were basically gone. They got it in and out the same day. So happy that all the little noises I’ve been hearing while going down the road are now gone. I worked with Lance and Carlo. Both very professional and polite. The check engine light came on in my 1996 Tacoma a few days ago and I went to Family Auto Service to fix it. To get straight to the point, there is no value to be had here. In fact, the prices they charge can only be described as predatory.
When I brought my truck in, I knew there was a problem with the EGR system after going to AutoZone and using their free diagnostic tool. The

Everyone was very friendly and professional...I felt like family!!! I had gotten 4 new tires and alignment at a great cost. Also, the tires came a awesome warranty and roadside service assistance, if I need it. The establishment is very clean...my car was ready within two hours. I am blessed with new mechanics! ☺️
