The Social Justice Law Collective (SJLC) is committed to, and based on, one simple concept. That all men, women and children have the inalienable right to be treated equally under the law, regardless of race, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability, familial status, or incarceration. SJLC currently has offices in Washington, D.C. and Kansas City, and handles cases primarily in Washington D.C., Kansas, and Florida.
SJLC's criminal defense practice is limited to Washington D.C., however, through cooperation with local attorneys across the country, SJLC accepts civil rights cases in all fifty states.
