Thank you Bob and team for getting our AC replaced during one of MN heatwaves! They were great and very responsive and knowledgeable about everything with helpful tips to keep everything running! Hopefully don’t have any HVAC issues since now have a new furnace and AC but will for sure be calling and recommending Bob!

Masterpiece Mechanical was the service provider given by our home warranty when our water heater started leaking. Bob, the owner, responded to the call on the same day and got the process started for the claim right away. He fit us into his already full schedule and installed the heater within 48 hours. The gas valve on the new heater was DOA, and he worked through getting the insurance company to expedite a replacement part, and did their work in ordering it from Home Depot. It was replaced and working the next afternoon
