As the owner of Saxton Air Duct Cleaning, I take great pride in our team's work. Having started in the HVAC cleaning business when I was 18, I quickly found my passion. Over the years, I particularly enjoyed troubleshooting complex HVAC systems and the challenge of taking on jobs others shied away from.
These habits increased my experience quickly and contributed to my versatility as a technician. Experience has taught me that the best possible outcome in HVAC cleaning requires two things: 1) staying current on modern HVAC cleaning techniques, consistently taking the time to "riddle-solve" on complex systems, and 2) having a diverse arsenal of state-of-the-art equipment to tackle even the most complicated and obscure problems.

When the lint that builds up inside a dryer vent line is met with the blow-torch that is your dryer's exhaust, a fire hazard is born. Essential ammo for professional dryer vent cleaning is the reverse-blowing spinning skipper ball. It's as cool as it sounds - here's how it works. The tech feeds the tool from the dryer vent hood through the vent line all the way to the back of the dryer.
Whether your HVAC system is heating or cooling, all the air that moves through it passes through the evaporator coil, making the cleanliness of this component critical to optimal functioning. If the delicate fins on the surface of the coil become clogged with debris, air flow throughout the system becomes choked, inviting breakdowns.

I was a little nervous going into this because I didn't know what to expect, but I was quickly relieved. He was knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. He took the time to show me things and explain things to me. I was amazed at how clean the process was and was impressed at how they tidied up after themselves. It was as though they hadn't been there. All in all, they did a great job and were fair on pricing.

Was referred to Saxton by a fellow homeowner. Was so glad I was. I bought a home that had significant cat urine smells (thought it was in carpet but leaned after replacing that it was in vents.)
I had contacted several other companies who didn't respond to my requests. Not only did Ben respond quickly he offered several options. We coordinated schedules for him to come out and recommended a large but necessary repair (for crystallized cat urine.) He started the work right away, ordered parts using his contractor discount which saved me money, and quickly fixed the work. Prior to Ben I had a large
