I first contacted Dan several years ago after another HVAC tech didn't show and didn't return calls. Dan has always did his best to show on time. He recently replaced my furnace and A/C due to a Freon leak which wasn't worth fixing because of the system's age. He and his brother did the install and were very deliberate and not in a rush. They were more concerned with doing a good job, but despite that completed the install in a very reasonable amount of time. Everything looks great and works great. I doubt the big-names would give this level of service.

Called Yours By Design Heating and Cooling when my regular HVAC guy couldn't make it over. Daniel was great! Made time in his schedule to come out the same day. Was very honest on what he thought the problems were and his prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Daniel and his company. Great customer service!

I am a hospital clinician and my husband is in his medical residency. We had to leave work early in order to be home by 4pm for our scheduled appointment (made over a week ago). It is now 440 and they have no showed and no called. Additionally we called them and there was no answer. We are already out an afternoon of work with a crazy hard schedule to manage and our furnace still not addressed.
What a bummer.
Update:got ahold of owner and he was very apologetic. States he lost the appointment and rescheduled for tomorrow. Will keep updating (this is when you learn about a business...how
