Though I never used their services as in getting an actual loan. Calvin Chao had advised me 10 years ago due to my situation and the state of the real estate market that I hold off another couple of years on getting a home and continue building my credit. Couple of years later the bubble burst after this happen and the dust settled I bought my home. Due to whom I used for a real estate agent it was beneficial to continue with them to broker the loan as well.

Brighten Lending did an excellent job refinancing our home. Both Jessica and Calvin were very professional and knowledgeable about getting us the best rate.
