+ Clean bathroom/showers
+ Friendly staff
- Sites are small and non-level

We stumbled on this campground when staying close by at another location. Lupe and Brian were amazing hosts, we were in need of a nicer campground, one that was clean and taken care of . . . what a great find this was, they were beyond generous in helping us out, we had such a great time that we ended up adding another night to our stay, they take very good care of the property and their guests, we will definitely be back next year!!

Our experience at this campgrounds was the absolute worse camping experience we have ever had managers were very rude and nit picked everything. The manager knew there was bees on the playground and never did anything about it. The picnic tables at this place were falling apart, missing pieces and some even had decent amounts of moss growing on them. The playground was a joke I have more of a playground in my back yard. We will never go back there nor would we recommend you do.

Not big-rig friendly (44’), but we made it in with someone holding the electric wire up so we wouldn’t take out the pole with our AC units. Super helpful & friendly management. LOVED the woods nextdoor for hikes with the dogs. Peaceful, quiet, but tiny, tight lots. ❤️No issues with breed restrictions for dogs❤️. Dump station on wrong side & uphill when dumping.

We arrived here with our dogs. Just drove to find a place to stay, we decided not to make a reservation depending on the dogs reactions they bark alot.
The new owners didn't have a opening then. Brian and Lupe made a decision to let us stay one night, then they happened to have a cancelation and was able to stay for 3 nights.
They're super nice couple. They let stay with our just purchase No Boundaries camper. Very happy to be able use this private campground. Thank you.

We are new seasonal members and are in love with the campground. The park is quiet and a place to relax. It is clean and well maintained. The managers are very nice and inviting to say the least. Our family has enjoyed being here every weekend. Even with the playground being closed due to COVID our children find lots to do. They enjoy walking the trails and looking at the springs!!

We have camped here twice in the 2020 season. The new owners and management are making great improvements; new layout, more full hookup sites and a better reservation system. They care about their guests and try to be accommodating and helpful to all. The location is great for access to Higgins Lake. They even offer a boat storage area! It is a quiet and family friendly campground; which is absolutely perfect for us!

Very nice, clean campsites. There are a limited amount of full hook up and they give those to the seasonal campers. There is a dump but the hose doesn't reach to clean out the holding tank. We had to go to the state park to clean out properly. Other than that over all good experience. The owners seem nice enough. They left us alone and that's all I really hope for when I'm camping. There is a very nice nature trail in the woods. It is very well cared for. The bath house is very clean and the showers are large and clean. I would go back.
