From start to finish everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend them to anyone interested in getting new impact windows for their home or condo. Jack our sale person was fabulous and Many and his crew did a wonderful job installing our new windows. They worked very carefully. And cleaned up any mess that was made.

Continual lack of communication. Incorrect products ordered and installed. On our third window leak issue. Horrible customer service.

We had Alufab do our impact windows and hurricane shutters around our lanai. The windows they use are Shwinco and are manufactured in Alabama. (The VP of Shwinco called me the day after the installation to make sure I was happy.) I have never been more impressed with the professionalism of a company and the quality of their product. The installers were meticulous and clean and fast. The customer service was excellent. Final inspections were done on time. I recommend Alufab and Shwinco without reservation.

They were wonderful, personable, and neat and clean. Used them both times me moved.

Purchased home in begining of June. Shortlyafter that there was a storm brewing. We called and ordered accordian shutters. Iggy, the installer, was very prompt, and quick!! My shutters are a real blessing! They even helped us with some different ideas!!

I contracted with Alufab to install storm shutters on my home. The job was very challenging as we have a variety of windows and doors with decorative moldings that required experience, knowledge and creativity. Jack, and Marco worked together to come up with great solutions that proved to be optimum solutions to protect my home. Very detail oriented people, and both Marco and Jack followed up with me multiple times to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work. While driving a truck and trailer in the left lane of the road, an SUV from the right lane cut in front of me to avoid construction area. To avoid a collision I had to slam on my brakes. Since I was already avoiding one collision an Alufab truck decided to cut in front of me as well. Barely avoiding an accident, I honked my horn. The driver stopped his truck in the road, flipped me off, and openned his truck door to initiate an altercation. I called their office and was told the driver owns the company and there is nothing to be done about what happened. Is this who you want working on your project

Alufab was at our home yesterday installing new shutters. We couldn't have had a better experience. Our salesperson, Jack, was personable and knowledgable and gave us a great price. As we were only going to be here for a limited period of time, there was a short window for installation. They called when they said they would and installation was a couple days later. The shutters look great and, most importantly, my wife is happy with them! A great experience!

I have used Alufab for two different jobs. I had accordion shutters installed and they did a great job. Then I had hurricane impact windows installed a year later. The work was a little sloppy and one of the windows wouldn't pass county inspection the first time. But it got worked out and all was well until we discovered one of the screens was defective and broke the first time we took it off the window. I have been trying since October to get a replacement screen. First they sent out a service tech, who took measurements and told me it would be 6 - 8 weeks. When I called back after

Absolutely the worst customer service I have encountered from the top down. Do yourself a favor and don't hire them!

Hoping we can up our review to 5 stars. Had no idea the company was under some changes of ownership. Finding out the hard way. Trying to get our job to pass permit due to major defects in design. So far,… not one supervisor has contacted us back or come to re-measure or inspect. Office staff tries but they are not in the installation or supervisory position. Salesman has moved on to writing new business and has been useless.

This company was highly recommended by everyone I spoke with, so I got a quote. The price was fair, so I visited the showroom. The product looked good and everyone I met seemed like the kind of folks I like doing business with.

Then the alarm bells went off, they told me they are so busy doing new installs they don't have anyone available to handle service work, the wait for an installation was running 14-16 weeks, and if I wanted to sign a contract for installation worked they needed one half down to buy materials for the job.

We had Alufab install electric hurricane shutters on our lanai and purchased lexan panels for our windows. They did an outstanding job. The electric was neatly done, the electric shutters work like a dream and the panels are easy to install. We have had them for three years and use the shutters almost daily.

The best! We live in 'ft Myers and leave for the summer...takes five minutes to pull these shutters together and done, and likewise on the other end, five minutes and open for business!

Everything was great - from the salesman to the installers to the ladies in the office. I replaced all the windows in my condo and added an accordion shutter on the balcony. Justin & Levi were fabulous, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and even had a good sense of humor. Should I ever need these services in the future I will call Alufab USA - without batting an eyelash!

Well our salesman knew we wanted motorized shutters, told us we could not have it in the front due to the height of the kitchen never offered remote control.
Installation was to be first thing in the morning, that's eleven am got done around 6:30pm. The installers did work hard and were friendly, just late tithe appointed time. Then according to… the companies electrician one of the shutters was installed wrong. They were to fix it. The next morning first thing as of one pm no one showed to fix it, if at all.
The electrician was sloppy and made a mess of the wall where he ran a wire. You

Terrible company. Original installation of our hurricane roll up shutters was not properly installed causing the motor to fail before its useful life.
Also, numerous calls over a 2 week period to repair the defective motor went unanswered despite them assuring us that they would schedule the repair.
We called Forcefield Hurricane Protection System in Port Charlotte and they replaced the motor in one day.

We recently had electric roll down hurricane shutters installed on our condo on Fort Myers Beach. The price was good and the shutters are great. The process takes more steps than we realized, so the whole project will not happen in one trip. After the shutters were installed the company then schedules an electrician to complete the job. A previous review had issues with coordination and communication. Jack Lengel, prevented these issues with our job. This is a great place to find quality shutters at a good price. The sales rep , jack is an honest awesome guy and wont try to sell you something you don't need... I really do not see a need to go anywhere else!
