We had Chris and Eddie come to our vacation home to give us a quote on hurricane shudders, we found them very professional and informative explaining all of the pros and cons in purchasing these shudders. We had them installed on our home and found their installers also a pleasure to deal with. We left home to Ontario with our home locked up and secured and looking great. RUDE..... Short tempered owner.. Refused to explain the difference between manual roll down and electric roll down shutters with manual override.. I wanted to keep expenses as low as possible and was capable of rolling the shutters up or down manually... I wanted to know the difference in cost. He told me to just keep my aluminum shutters and walked away. I normally don't write reviews but please BEWARE of this Company.... Disheartening and very Rude. Can you believe I gave him a Pepsi before his estimate? Buyer BEWARE!
