Services
Facet joint injections are used to alleviate pain-related symptoms, and involve the use of a local anesthetic. The procedure will typically last between 10 and 30 minutes in total, and the effect is often immediate. The injection itself is administered to one or several of the small joints lining the vertebrae.

Dr. Gatz has been practicing Pain Medicine for nearly 2 decades. He began his medical education by earning his Bachelors in Arts from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in 1991.
Comprehensive Pain of the Palm Beaches uses a patient centered approach to develop an appropriate treatment plan to help each patient overcome their pain. First time meeting Dr. GATZ Was January 3,2022.And he took his time explaining me everything. A full hour. You never get that with a Dr. Didn't make me nervous. I can tell he does care about his patients. Plus his staff was all wonderful. By far most the best Dr I've ever been to with dealing with my back issues.

Dr. Gatz is the bomb ! Him and his Staff are Amazing and A Wonderful Crew .. As of last week for my 1st visit .. I have been PAIN FREE ! The regiment he has chosen for me is helping me more than ANY OTHER Dr . has in yrs .. I am now mobile again .. I had tears in my eyes .. I recently moved from Arizona so needed to find a local specialist that dealt with medtronic pain pumps. After much research I decided on Dr. Gatz. I truly believe I made the right choice. Dr Gatz and Mellissa are some of the few doctors out there who actually care about their patients and their well being.
They are not a doctors office who just throws meds at you and collects payments. He also does injections and refers to physical therapy for those who need it and keeps his records up to date with current medical imaging reports and scans. After many years of experience in the world of Pain Management and the many doctors that I have dealt with I can honestly say that I have had thoughts of life not worth living. All I can say now is after meeting Dr. Gatz I have finally found a doctor who I am certain actually cares about me and the problems I've been living with for years. Today was my first visit. 4 people went in front of me. When I was called it seemed to take forever because of my pain. Remember 4 people in front of me. When Dr. Gatz came in and in detail went over my care plan. He sat with me and talked to me like a human being. I understood every thing and had no questions. When the tears were streaming him and his staff were attentive. I am very please and understand why I waited. He is very thorough and I am looking forward to being healthy and active again! 5 stars today! Thank you Dr Gatz and staff!

Dr gatz is a very amazing doctor. He one of the very few I put my trust in. Was in the hospital a month ago, for 3 days with a fractured vertebra and he came to see me every day to make sure I had my meds and was comfortable. He did this procedure a week later called a Kyphoplasty and talked to me throughout the procedure to keep my calm and relaxed. And Chris also talked to me to keep my relaxed. All of the office staff are incredible. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat. He and his staff i truly trust.

I have been going to Dr. Gatz for over 10 years. I have had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Gatz, Melissa, and George have always treated me and my case with concern. Giving me great care and advice. Dr. Gatz did not give up until we found a plan of action that addressed my issues. Even though my issues will never get better, at least I will not have to suffer in pain. Dr. Gatz and Staff are truly life-savers, they should all be proud.
