Did you know that when it comes to your student loan debt that the U.S. government through the Department of Education has created many programs that millions of borrowers fail to take advantage of. Literally, millions of unclaimed benefits go unused because the public is either unaware or finding it difficult to navigate the "red tape" to gain access to programs that are specifically set aside for student loan borrowers.
The Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program forgives the remaining balance on your Direct Loans after you have made 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan while working full-time for a qualifying employer. Qualifying employment for the PSLF Program is not about the specific job that you do for your employer.
School Closure Discharge is typically for students of schools which close their doors either during, or within 120 days of enrollment at that institution. This program allows for students to have their loans discharged completely, allowing them to obtain new loans from another institution or to just wipe the slate clean altogether.
Some physical or mental impairment can qualify you for a total and permanent disability discharge on your federal student loans and/or TEACH Grant service obligation.

He is relatable, funny, and makes me feel comfortable. I actually don't avoid his calls, emails, or texts like with other places because of how he handles things. Jennifer was the agent that assisted me today with my student loan. I just came back from deployment and had many questions regarding forgiveness options and Jennifer Curtis was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. Yvonne has excellent customer service and through the conversations over the phone, a great personality. She was very helpful with what the issue was on my student loans. I am satisfied with what she has done too resolve this because of the concern I had about my payments. I was stressing about how I was going make the payments on top of my other expenses but thanks to Yvonne I have some weight off my shoulders.

Nicole was an superb Advocate who helped me tremendously today. She was very polite, engaging, informative and patient with all of my questions about my loan forgiveness. Her willingness to take time to explain my options for my loan was amazing. As well as her in depth analysis and reassurance helped me feel at ease about the option I choose for my loan repayment.
