Crown Uniform and Linen Service is a family owned and operated uniform rental and linen service that has been dedicated to serving New England for over 100 years. The company has remained family owned and is currently lead by the founder's grandson Arthur Spilios and great-grandsons George and Plato Spilios.

Services
In the early 1900's Athans Spiliotopoulos came to America from Greece with his brother Demosthenes in pursuit of the American Dream. The brothers delivered coats and aprons with a horse and wagon to the fish piers, local food shops and cafes in Boston. Athans moved the business to South Boston before partnering with another linen supplier and opening his own commercial laundry in the 1920s.
The HLAC is an independent, non-profit organization formed for the purpose of inspecting and accrediting laundries that process healthcare textiles for hospitals, medical & dentists offices, and other healthcare facilities. Laundry ESP is an EPA approved program that is dedicated to resource conservation in the textile industry.
Crown's attention to detail is second to none and their service is seamless. They pick up soiled clothing and then return the exact number back to us on the next delivery date. If there is a needed repair that is to be done it is done with ease and peace of mind. Their deliveries are. We switched to them a 3 or 4 years ago and wow what a difference. Our last uniform company was so bad I wanted to just go with out uniforms all together. Best compliment I can give them is I never think of them. No complaints from employees about missing or lacking uniforms, bill is correct and the same every time, they run my CC once month and send me a receipt and it matches perfectly with the bills I have. Nothing better for a business owner then a service that works perfect and does not require any of your time managing it.

Crown linen has been servicing my restaurant for over a year now. Crown's delivery is consistent and always on time along with a responsive customer service staff that starts with the driver Antonio. Antonio never fails to do a thorough check of all linens and towels and consistently goes out of his way to make sure all of our needs are met. He always checks in with me to make sure we have everything we need and whenever there is a problem he does everything he can to solve it immediately. Worked here and was a good employee. I got approved by supervisor for time off for an operation, had all the paperwork I needed and was told I was good to go. When I was cleared to go back to work they told me I was a no call no show and fired me. They do not care one bit about their employees a lot of complaints from a lot of people. Plus it’s a sweat shop in the summer you can barely breath. No fans just a little hose that barely blows air. Good riddens
