Mechanical Industries Council Education and Training Fund (MICETF) protects, promotes, fosters and advances the interests of mechanical contractors engaged in mechanical contracting and servicing the mechanical industry.

Sometime around 1890, plumbing and heating contractors in Atlanta came together to form one of the city's first trade associations. A full century later, the Mechanical Contractors Association of Georgia (MCAG) emerged as the state's leading union-employing organization serving contractors from the Tennessee border in the north to the Florida state line in the south.
Mechanical Contractors Association of Georgia (MCAG), a national organization for the betterment of an industry that performs the largest segment of mechanical construction work. MCAG, as the recognized spokesman for the leading mechanical contractors, offers its members the opportunity to make their voice heard on the local, state and national level.
MCA of Georgia support's MCAA's growing family of student chapters at colleges and universities around the country. Student chapters are committed to young people who are either planning a career in the mechanical industry or would like to explore the mechanical industry and the career opportunities it offers.
The Mechanical Contractors Association of Georgia (MCAG) join the Plumbers, Pipefitters, & HVACR Technicians Local Union 72 in offering a career in the professions of plumbing, pipefitting, heating-air conditioning & refrigeration and welding with the premier training programs in the mechanical industry.
Engage in public relations programs designed to create a better public understanding of the industry and to encourage greater use of the Industry's services by owners, construction and service purchasers for the benefit of the general public. Cooperate with public officials and representatives of other organizations on all matters of mutual interest affecting the Industry.
