Our firm's Pre-Construction services are completed before we install a single pipe. These include estimating and budgeting, design and cost analysis, engineering services, and project delivery. We use computer-aided design to virtually build your mechanical systems. Our BIM Coordination Group employs a staff of ten in-house contractors and one layout coordinator.

Ivey Mechanical strongly believes that a successful project begins with proper planning, and we believe a key component in properly planning a project is coordinating the project through 3D CAD fabrication and installation drawings. Computer-Aided Design allows us to virtually build our scope of work before actually installing anything.
Our fabrication shop, located in Kosciusko, MS, provides high-quality fabrication services. The shop supports the construction activities of Ivey Mechanical by producing the component parts that make up our HVAC and plumbing systems. IMC Fabrication creates carbon steel and stainless steel pipes as well as welded and grooved pipe spools.
