Our organization has had a number of issues with various service/ repairs for our locations that are spread across the Southeast. What started as a single emergency call to bw mech a few years ago has turned into a great business relationship. They are upfront when it comes to the charges (no surprises) and have pictures/ extensive documentation regarding the replacement parts and replacements as needed. We recently had them replace 3 of our boilers and the entire process (planning, communication, installation and post-install service) was very smooth.

Whether you have a simple or complex hvac issue, I have learned that these guys are the go to company. Jim and Steve came to fix an hvac valve almost immediately and did a fantastic job. Did not leave a mess and did all the work while I wasn't even able to be home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND B&W. I was recommended to B&W after I had called one of the largest hvac companies to see my issue and they basically looked at it and said sorry it's a complex valve issue so they can't do anything about it. But Jim and Steve came to the rescue and resolved the problem.
