Great experience here. High end mattresses comparable to bloomingdales with natural options not found anywhere else. I liked that at kleinsleep there were many great options- luxury European brands, local natural non-toxic, etc. I was deciding between a mattress at bloomingdales and at kleinsleep and ultimately chose kleinsleep because: their mattress felt equally as comfortable and luxurious, used organic cotton, the shop has been family run for decades and Jeff the owner knows everything about every mattress. Do not understand good reviews for this store. We left a $1000 deposit and Anthony made an appointment to come to our condo to verify mattress fitment. We canceled dinner plans to be home for this. He was a no show and did not even call to let us know he was not coming. He left a voicemail the next day with lame excuses about leaving the store early and something about not being able to phone. Be warned. Maybe the previous reviews were friends and family.

We had a wonderful experience at Sleep Etc. 2 years ago when we purchased our Carpe Diem beds. It was only natural that we would return to purchase additional mattresses. We experienced the same professional guidance from Brian. He was knowledgeable and helped to direct us to the right mattresses for our needs. I bought my mattress from Sleep etc when I was in terrible back pain. I am a school teacher and a healthy nights sleep is very important to me for my work. The salesperson was really patient with me...He took the time to show me all the important tips on how to select the right bed...They delivered my mattress professionally and hassle free to my home in the Bronx...I am now 'pain free' thanks to a wonderful latex mattress that I purchased. I have absolutely no doubt with my recommendation for this company. Easily worth five stars!

I think that this is a mattress store with a difference. I firmly believe that the level of service and quality is un-matchable. Their value for money is key here. This is the ONLY place we will now go for mattresses. This is a family owned store that's been in business for many many years, all of staff are incredible knowledgeable & are not pushy salespeople but honestly want you to get the best mattress. We purchased a mattress from them and one of the owners, Jeff, helped us. My husband loved the mattress but it ended up being too hard for me. Jeff came to our house to remedy the situation & couldn't not have been nicer. He suggested a few different options and said if it didn't feel better after a couple more weeks he'd take

Excellent experience and customer service at Sleep, Etc. Friendly and knowledgeable sales help. Needed an inexpensive, short term bed, and was directed to the perfect bed, at a very reasonable price. Was amazed that it was delivered the very next day with a free frame and free set-up and delivery. Arrived just as promised, and on time, with professional delivery. In the store were high end beds made in Sweden, that looked heavenly; perhaps one day! Highly recommend purchasing a bed here.

We found Sleep Etc originally when our chiropractor highly recommended them. Their knowledge and service is way beyond the usual mattress and furniture store sales level. Almost four years after purchasing a king mattress/box spring from them we decided we wanted a firmer mattress and contacted them. Jeff, one of the owners, personally visited our home, checked out the set-up, and recommended a firm "topper" that would achieve the desired result without the expense of a new mattress. I just spoke with Jeff and had a challenge-I needed a full size mattress and box spring set similar to Beautyrest and I needed it delivered by Saturday! The mattress I selected isn't in stock but I needed something for a 90 year old who is arriving on Saturday. Jeff offered to send something over to get her through till the other mattress came in. What a lifesaver!! He totally worked with me and thought out of the box and ended up making me one happy customer. I highly recommend this Mom and Pop shop!

I have been dreading shopping for a new Mattress after our last experience 10+ years ago. But yesterday my husband and I ran over to purchase a replacement to our current mattress and were beyond impressed with the quality of the mattresses offered but more importantly the exceptional customer service that Anthony provided. I went in on a Sunday afternoon and Brian was my sales associate. He was INCREDIBLE! He helped me find 3 mattresses that were very comfortable for me and WITHIN BUDGET!! He was honest with me through out the entire process and patiently answered all of my questions. The beauty of this store, is that they have been around for awhile and have, over time, observed the quality of all the mattress lines and sell only the best to their customers

Having moved from NYC to CT in Feb 2014, I knew I wanted our new bed to be a King size Organic Latex mattress. I did a ton of research on what to get and went to every location in CT that sells what I was looking for. Sleep Etc not only was offering the best price for the higher quality Mattress, but, Andre and Jeff provided genuine high quality customer service. Friendly with just the right amount of sales attention without being pushy. I was referred to Sleep Etc. through a friend who highly recommended me and I'm glad I went. I find shopping for a mattress difficult and Anthony and the team were more than helpful.
I did not like the first mattress that I chose, so they helped me select a different one and exchanged it out for me with no additional charges. As a matter of fact, I didn't like the second one, the third one either.
I didn't want to go back and tell them I didn't like the mattresses, but I did b/c of the poor sleep I was

The team at Sleep Etc are as professional and knowledgable as they come. You can tell that they know their stuff just by asking some simple questions. They love what they do and they are great at it too. The experience from start to finish was first class, and they really went above and beyond to make sure that we got a great bed for our needs. I purchased a mattress from Sleep Etc and had a great experience working with the staff. While they only deal in high quality products i didn't feel like i was pressured at all. We purchased a mattress and have truly enjoyed every night. But here is the remarkable thing about this store, a couple of years later we had a small problem with the mattress. I dug out the old email contact and reached out Jeff Klein who was on the phone shortly afterward calling me to fix our issue.
