Took my son for his first evaluation. This place was such a joy. Knowing my son is on the spectrum it's very hard to take him for his appointments anywhere. The place is VERY friendly, and clean and they have a little play area with toys. I was in and out within 30 minutes!! Way better then having to go to a hospital with a full waiting room. I highly recommend this place for all ages and disabilities. Thank you for being so patient with my son!

This was a nice office. The office was clean, the associates were very nice, and there was even a little play area for my 2 year old son. The receptionist was very nice and organized. There was barely a wait. When we went into the backroom the Lady testing my two year old was very patient with him and she was very informative on what procedures she was performing. Overall a great environment!

My previous hearing aides had stopped working and my audiologist at a major hospital center was on vacation for a month. I'd seen circulars for REM and decided to give them a call. It was easy to get an appointment and on the first visit, I was given a trial pair of aides to wear for as long as I needed to make a decision. They worked well and I then received the ones I'm wearing now. They're a cross system that feeds sounds from my "bad" ear to my better ear so that I can hear on all sides. It's working well for me, but if something goes wrong, R.E.M. Is close by and appointments are included
