We give you the tools and education you will need for both IMMEDIATE and LONG TERM sustainable results.
Now I could bore you to death with a resume of achievements and accolades that I've received over the past 12 years of being a personal trainer and business owner but I'd much rather tell you a story. A story about transformation.which is probably the reason you're reading this in the first place. I can go on and on my friend but when it comes down to making the RIGHT choices it's all based on a DECISION!
NUTRITION: Our 21-day program offers a simple guided nutrition approach. An approach specifically tailored to help you get results and get the most out of your 21-day challenge. TRAINING: We host LIVE 40 min sessions M-F at 5:30am CST which are available for on-demand replay by 6:20am CST. Saturday we train at 7:30am CST with on-demand replay at 8:45am CST.

The coaches and members are so supporting and create such a fun environment to exercise and grow personally. It is not just a gym, it is a family that focuses on more than just working it out. The staff helps you through dieting, injuries, building confidence, etc. The workouts are fun and challenging. I have never been able to find a routine where I actually look forward to working out until I joined BBF. I went from not working out at all to going to the gym 5 days a week since starting 9 months ago. This place is a absolutely amazing!

I have been a member for about 6 months. I have had phenomenal experience at BBF. The Coaches are very personable, motivating and care a great deal about your results. There is a great community of members that assist along the way. I would try out a drop in session and then consider the 28 day challenge. It was a great way to get a kick start on my journey back to a healthier lifestyle.

The atmosphere and culture among the staff and the members are what make this gym so welcoming. The workouts are strategically programmed by the coaches. You show up, they explain the workout and you do the work. Everyone is at different levels, and everyone pushes themselves at their own level. My happy place. My second home. My "me" time.
