Alder shutters are a perfect choice where a rustic look is desired. Knotty alder will have knots and the clear alder will be mostly free of all knots in the wood. The contemporary style plantation shutter feature a "hidden tilt rod" which is operated by a rear louver control. This allows an unobstructed view without the standard tilt rod in the center.
Our Shutters are made from the finest of materials available to the industry. We use only select and better grade hardwoods in all of our shutters. We maintain an extensive quality control system so that we ensure they job is done right the first time. For shutter panels, DFW Premium Shutters will guarantee materials and workmanship.

Buyer beware. If they won’t take your calls or answer your email after you’ve paid and installed thousands of dollars in shutters, how can they say they’ll back their warranty? No returned calls, left on hold then hung up on, excuses made for why no one could return a call, Facebook messages read and ignored, no response from email and absolutely NO reason given for this treatment. I’m filing complaints with Good Contractors List and BBB, leaving reviews with Yelp and Google. It shouldn’t be like this. Just a warning to consumers. They talk the talk but certainly don’t walk the walk

Had an appointment scheduled and they called to cancelled the day before and stated they would call back to rescheduled.
Never received a call back- not sure about the quality of their work but their customer service isn't where it needs to be.
