We had a service person come out on Thursday 9/9/21 with a promise to come back Saturday 9/11/21 to do a job that was quoted at $2200. On Friday evening, we were informed that the person who was supposed to run the excavator had Covid and the job would have to be put off until Monday 9/13/21. No one showed up by noon, so we called and were basically told the guy who told us he could do the job only did small residential jobs, not something of this magnitude. Having just purchased my home 2 months ago, and being told by the seller the hvac system was under warranty, I contacted Garmon Wednesday. The only positive I have is that a technician came out within an hour. He diagnosed the problem as a blower, and told me it wasn't in stock, so they would have to order. Not thinking much about it, I said ok. The next day, I hadn't heard from Garmon, I contacted the original owner, and he contacted Garmon.
