We were given Steele Mechanical's name as a reference from another HVAC firm who could not handle our particular situation. I called, set up an appointment and 2 gentlemen arrived on time. They evaluated the problem we were having, and said they would have to come back with parts, they ordered the parts, and returned to fix the issue. This alone makes me happy, that someone will tell you they will be at your house at 10am, and they are there at 10am, with parts in hand ready to try to resolve your issue. I highly recommend this firm. In our case, we were addressing an old boiler/radiator system
