A physician with board certification in the field of family medicine is a medical doctor who has completed three years of training after medical school. Really was frustrated and disappointed when my appointment was cancelled the day before the appointment because the physician no longer takes new patients. Why wait until the day before when I’ve had an appointment scheduled for well over a month. Now I’m out of my medications and have to wait for another appointment with a new office or go back to my previous physician. Either way I’m out of medicine and will have to wait who knows how long until I can see someone with availability. I’ll certainly never recommend this office.

Great medical office environment. Awesome front line professionals. My primary physician is
Dr. Jennifer Honeycutt. She shows a great care about my health and wellness. I lost over 71 lbs under her care without surgery, diet pills, or special diet. My numbers dropped drastically and I feel absolutely healthier and energetic. I drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and moderate exercise walking 20 to 30 minutes a day. I followed through with all my routine visits, got vaccinated, and keep up with My Chart on line for any additional medical communications. I give Hemby Bridge Pineville Novant Medical

Disappointed with the front desk staff. Poor service. Most recently, Heather would not leave a message for my daughter's doctor, although I asked her twice. She outright refused. My daughter was exposed to covid, and I called wanting to leave a message with her doctor asking for her recommendation for when to get her tested. She just kept repeating herself and refusing to leave the message with our doctor. We had to book with another Novant doctor at another location, as I cannot deal with that every time I call. Need new people on the front lines over there. Very unprofessional and disappointing

This facility and doctors are highly unprofessional and unethical. Getting an appointment is a pain, if u get one, they cancel without telling you only after you reach there. Their doctors have no regard for human life or appointments they need to show up for. Rude staff who says if u r sick go to emergency as we dont treat people with fever. No call backs or any moral resposibility for people sufferring and looking for medical care. Save yourself and avoid this fraud place.

This practice is worst experience of my life, I regret the moment I chose them. Their weekend phone line(after hours nurse facility) doesnt work; they refused to treat me as I had fever post vaccine shot (3 negative RT PCR tests) ; they made a video call appointment for 6.30AM and then stood me up and after following up for one hour they said,its a system glitch and didnt bother to check up on me or ask about my medical need. Then today, I went into office for a planned appointment (fever free 48hours) , and they told me I was late(my fault as per them as I called them from parking lot due to pandemic

My spouse & I have Been Grateful to have, Dr. Honeycutt ,as our Primary Physician along with All of the staff ,Have provided us with ,what i describe :: as the most Professional , attentive ,courteous Help that I have found in the 30+ years that We have lived in Union County,NC. There isn"t enough space here to list all of our visits with Dr.Honeycutt, at the Pine Lake Family Physicians, of Hemby Bridge . I don"t ever having any long waiting. To see The Doctor here. We wouldn't have Any problem Refering Dr. Honeycutt to any body in need of a Great Primary Care Doctor..
