I feel I have been truly gifted by God to be able to make cakes that not only look great, but also taste as good as they look, guaranteed. If you can crave it, I can achieve it, cake flavor, that is! It was a quiet Saturday; seems Everything was already Sold. However, what I got was a nice greeting, a smile & a Beautifully Decorated Cake that was also Delicious.

Absolutely edible cakes just did our cake for our wedding ceremony. We had originally planned a small cake with a cupcake tower for our ceremony and reception. We had to unfortunately move our reception to next year but still had a small ceremony on the original date. We ordered a simple naked cake that was carrot cake. It was so delicious and perfect for after our ceremony. I would highly recommend.

The owner and her staff are very friendly and professional. It is evident from other reviews that they do really good work but in my particular experience, the cake was very disappointing. It was an Italian Creme cake. It has been my favorite cake for a long time and I have bought it from a number of places. The cake was beautifully decorated but the cake itself fell short in taste. Also, the icing was very oily not as flavorful as I have experienced in the past. I was very disappointed since it was for a birthday party.
I am not criticizing the people or the shop, just that particular cake.

I had the pleasure of ordering a Sweet Potato Thang from the beautiful owner, Nikki. I called to check on my order and she answered the phone and personally assisted me without hesitation. I received my order on Christmas Eve. Let me tell you this is the most amazing Sweet Potato Dessert on the planet. We've ordered two skateboard cakes from Nikki, and have been blown away both times. I've tried to upload pics of both cakes. The green cake is the most recent and was based on my son's favorite skateboard from The Point Skate Shop. I just sent Nikki a pic of the board and she went to work. The detail is amazing. The skill and effort that she puts into these cakes is insane! They're not just pretty cakes though, they're also delicious! Looks great and tastes better--if that's possible! I have and will continue to recommend Nikki whenever I get a chance. She's so good at what she does, and is easy

What an incredibly creative cake we had at our sons graduation party! We couldn't believe the detail and effort Nikki and her staff out into making it unique for my son. Definitely one of a kind. Nikki is very professional, fun, and I will always go back!!! The staff at our dinner didn't want to cut it because it was so cool, asked if they could take pics so we let them join in on our celebration. Thank you for making our first custom cake order a fantastic one!
