Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections are a new technology that uses the natural healing factors in blood to treat chronic injuries. Note that the use of Platelet-Rich Plasma to treat osteoarthritis is experimental in nature and its effectiveness is still being studied. Your physician will be able to make a recommendation based on your condition to determine if PRP is right for you.
ACL Repair is a revolutionary technique that allows patients to return to function sooner following surgery. Dr. Myers employs the use of a synthetic graft to strengthen the ACL and protect it during the recovery, improving patient outcomes and reducing the chances of re-injury.

The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is a piece of elastic tissue within your knee joint that provides stability to your knee, especially during back-and-forth and rotational movements.Damage to the ACL is one of the most common injuries in sports medicine, especially in athletes that participate in fast-paced sports like soccer, football, and basketball.
No wait time. After patient check in and verification of insurance the patient is immediately placed in the doctor's examination room and evaluated as soon as possible. Private area for in-office paperwork. Expedited check out. Prescriptions printed or called in to pharmacy and medical records immediately emailed to patient's phone prior to discharge from the office.

If the front desk knows Dr Myers is an hour behind watch out you’ll not be informed. I don’t understand that at all. It’s very inconsiderate and an unprofessional way of doing business. Communication is important and this is an ongoing struggle with this practice.

I had been to multiple doctors about my prior knee replacement hurting me so bad to only be told there was nothing wrong with it. I was referred to Dr. Meyers who diagnosed and repaired my painful knee to my extreme satisfaction. He is a very caring and passionate Doctor who cared enough to help me. I’m very thankful to Dr. Meyers and his staff and would recommend him highly. Thank you Dr. Meyers for caring! Gracie Webb

I went into Dr. Myers after I dislocated my shoulder. Turns out I tore half of my labrum off. Dr. Myers was able to do surgery within a couple weeks of the injury and put 5 anchors in my arm.
The surgery was non-invasive as he used micro-sized cameras inside of my arm, so I only have a few tiny scars on my shoulder. He put five anchors in there to repair the labrum. The next day after the surgery, I began physical therapy. I know that’s soon after surgery, but Dr. Myers knows what he’s talking about.
I did physical therapy for about 3 months. It has now been about 7 months after surgery,

After my knee was destroyed by another surgeon, I came to Dr. Myers for help. It took three surgeries (one was custom created by Dr. Myers for my specific needs!) to put my knee back together but I am officially able to live an active lifestyle again after years and years of pain and sedentariness. Dr. Myers spent hours with me in his office and listened to every question and concern. His office staff was courteous, knowledgeable and knew me by name. The time in the waiting room is worth the attentive time Dr. Myers gives each patient. If I ever have to have another surgery again, I will absolutely

Friends shoulders and knees. Dr Myers is very personal, caring, knowledgeable, detailed, and an EXCELLENT surgeon!!!! Thank you so much for taking such good care of Jake and me and our friends! Please understand that you will get the same attention as others therefore you may have a waiting time. This is not a drive through office, this is quality care! The best care! Thanks again!!!! I went to Dr. Myers for a shoulder consultation and ended up needing some extensive repair work/ surgery. He and his team were professional and very fun to deal with throughout the entire process. Once you get back to see him you can expect to get his full attention and not to be rushed out so he can cram in more appointments - he was VERY thorough in explaining my options and the procedure he had recommended for me. I also was introduced to stem cell research and decided to get that procedure done on my shoulder, too. It's too early to know the long-term results (4 months post operation), but

ϻI first saw Dr Myers when I went to have staples removed from my leg following an accident in the Grand Canyon. He was working on his “day off,” yet I still felt I had his complete and undivided attention. He was reassuring that even though the first surgery (performed by another physician while in Flagstaff) had already failed, he could take corrective action and remedy the situation with my knee. Throughout a long and tedious process involving two additional surgeries, I have always felt Dr Myers shares my goal “to get me back in the game”. Although I’m far from an elite athlete

Dr. Myers performed my rotator cuff (full tear) surgery 7 months ago.
I performed all my physical therapy as asked and was always well ahead of those in physical therapy under different surgeons. Was it Dr. Myers skill that put me ahead of the other? I can only assume that it was definitely part of it! Your body's ability to heal and your diligence in PT are a huge part of it.
I do know this, after my experience with Dr Myers, he is the only one I would want to perform this type of surgery on my family or friends.
Be prepared to wait for your appointment, because he spends as much time as needed

Dr. Myers and his staff are absolutely exemplary. Dr. Myers is a terrific surgeon with outstanding credentials, and a caring person who listens well to decide the best actions for your particular situation.
He made both my knees as good as new, and is presently working on my shoulder. Dr. Myers is at the top of his field in Atlanta, if not the entire southeast. He should be your first choice if you require knee or shoulder procedures.
