If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am only writing this so that other parents can avoid the problems that Dr. Levengood and his staff caused. I took my 12 year old son there last year after he had a hip injury at a soccer game and didn't resolve after a visit to our pediatrician who recommended a week of rest and icing. We saw Diana Dean even though we were scheduled to see Dr. Levengood(apparently he was late coming in that day). She then proceeded to tell us that it was strained and recommended 8 weeks of physical therapy which we proceeded to do. The whole time I disagreed with

A really great place if in need for ortho care! Dr. Levengood did my foot surgery a few months ago as well as my mom’s knee surgery and did a fantastic job. He was able to get me back to normal in a very reasonable time frame with the help of their physical therapy department which was awesome! The staff and PAs were also very helpful in addressing all of my concerns that I had before and after surgery and made sure I was healing properly. It was very reassuring to know that my care was in good hands!

1. 45-60 minute wait
2. 3 minute office visit consistently
3. Dr. Levengood doesn't gives a rat's ankle about patients.
4. Rude puts you off.
5. Doesn't take your condition seriously.
6. Insisted I could work 8 hours standing. Ignored my request for 5-6hr work schedule I explained after physical therapy and going right back to work was in pain. He stated that had nothing to do with it.
7. He always had interns with him and I shudder to think they are learning from him.
8. Kurt in his physical therapy dept. was great. He needs to work elsewhere where the Dr. cares too. But sorry overall this

I have had the most amazing experience! From surgery to recovery, physical therapy, massage therapy, and Missy with workers comp. It's all been AMAZING!
Thank you Tammy and Daniella for all the support in PT! The whole PT team were welcoming and driven to help me recover as quickly but safely as possible!
Dr. Levengood was always on my team and advocated for me!
Thank you all soooo much

I can't say enough about the clinicians and the whole staff at Sports Medicine South. Everyone - from the front desk staff and the surgery scheduling team all the way to PA Harris Patel and Dr. Levengood - is friendly, helpful, and genuinely concerned with patient care. I'm a soccer referee, and I'm used to a high level of activity. After many years of deteriorating knees, to the point where I was in constant pain and the joints had become bone-on-bone, I sought the advice of Harris and Dr. Levengood. Dr. Levengood replaced my left knee at the end of May; after an excellent recovery time and great

Sports Medicine South has always been my preferred ortho provider. As a student athlete, y daughter has had her share of injuries. Harris Patel and Dr.Levengood have always been great about getting my daughter in to be seen in a flexible time that accommodates our schedule. They’ve always had a sense of urgency in treating her and given her the best care.

I respect all doctors and also the patient reviews. But this doctor and clinic are something out of the ordinary. I had polio as a youngster, I have had knee and ankle problems for many years. This office is close to my home, made an appointment......first a teeny bopper comes into speak with me, she had no idea what polio was. The doctor wait after speaking with the teen helper was 1.5 hours. Sent me for a hospital MRI that cost nearly $6000.00, found out later that other clinics locally the MRI cost is less than $900.00. I think this doctor sees too many patients in too short of a time and pays
