Sarge is THE best taxi driver on the planet. He has the biggest heart, and when he says he will take care of you and your sailor, he is not joking. He will do everything he can for everyone who crosses paths with him. He will treat you like family from the moment you meet him. If I could give less then one star I would!! I used this "company" if that's what you want to call it after seeing all the amazing reviews on mytaxi.com for my sons PIR. It's obvious from the service I received that the owner must pick the best reviews to have posted because I experienced nothing but problems with Sarge from his taxi service to his meet and greet which I feel is really just a scam! This man uses our lack of knowledge about the PIR process and our love for our children to get into our pockets at his meet in greet by the donations and baskets/raffels. Do the math

FANTASTIC... If I could give them 10 stars... I would. There is no better service on earth. We were attending my daughter's Navy graduation and Jack Nease was our driver, our informant, his advice was spot on, every time we called him he was there whether it be 5:45am or 9:30pm.
He took us everywhere: on base, Anastasia's Restaurant (like 3 times), graduation, airport, other hotels to pick up other guests, wherever... whenever.
He even ASKED everyone in the car "do you have your ID"... he even took a guest back to hotel to get her ID that she forgot.
He's amazing..

If you are travelling to Great Lakes, IL for PIR then you cannot go wrong using this service. I was flying alone to O'Hare for my son's Navy graduation. My driver, Marc, texted me the morning I was flying out and was waiting on me when I arrived. He told me where he would be parked, the color of his van and the cab number. Marc was very courteous and knowledgeable of the area and had some great restaurant suggestions that were near my hotel. He didn't even mind picking me up so very early Saturday morning to meet my son before he left for his "A" school

If you are coming for PIR graduation I recommend this taxi service very safe and a reasonable price , my taxi driver was polite and when I arrived at the airport (btw it was my first time flying alone) he was detailed on where to find him , what his taxi looks like , and he was there on time. Today I was planning to text the driver to remind him I'm leaving tomorrow but I didn't need to do that I got a message from him already to call about my flight! Good job Will!!

I don't travel a lot but when I do I'll be using Sarge!
His cab/van was clean. He's very friendly, he was on time and most impressively is how honest of a guy he is.
During my cab ride from Gurnee to O'Hare - there were multiple phone calls I heard him take where you could tell that his primary goal was to put the customer first. That always makes you feel like you've made the right choice.
