This was my first time ever having a full body skin cancer screening & I was nerveous since I am 65 yrs old & have been in the sun every chance I got.
The front desk ladies were very personable. Very pleasant atmosphere with those ladies at the front desk......
Then, when my name was called, I got a lump in my throat. I heard a male voice & I specifically wanted a female dermatologist. I apologize for not remembering his name, but this male nurse made me feel so comfortable. He was so pleasant & very professional & I can't explain it but "all was OK".
Then while I sat there in a paper gown.

Had my appointment today, I was actually a bit early and they were able to squeeze me in.... I wasn't able to fill out all the information before I got there online because all I had was my cell phone, but they have iPads in the office and help you set up everything.... It was actually really nice and I would honestly suggest just doing it in the office...It took less than 5 minutes and they are there to help you every step of the way.... The doctor that came (Jenna) was very nice and had a good sense of humor, I would recommend her to anyone.... Overall the experience was very thorough and as

The good: The office and lobby were clean and the front desk reception team were very professional and courteous. I was given the etiology for my skin condition which I would’ve never guessed in a million years as a result, further injury or escalation on my skin issue is totally avoidable.
The unfortunate: The dermatologist that met with me exercised little to no knowledge on the treatment of hyperpigmentation on skin of color. This was very disappointing. I was essentially told the scars may fade with time or stay for life and to simply check back with their office in the winter for potential
