They are extremely professional, their equipment is modern and high tech, the service is prompt and the staff is totally engaged with the client from beginning to end. I was in much need of quick help with an eye infection and stopped in on my way to work. They were able to work me in very quickly, giving me the exam and medication necessary to clear it up right away.
The front desk is always friendly and helpful and I love knowing that my eyes are in such good and capable hands!

This optometry exam and frame selection trip was an all-round pleasant experience. I think Jennifer arrived at a complex glasses prescription that will correct my astigmatism and let me read with two eyes. We’ll see when the new glasses arrive. Her husband was doing double duty as the fitting optician, very helpfully. The whole practice team was helpful, pleasant, and competent. Highly recommend them. Wish me luck with the new glasses

This was my first visit at Black Mountain Eyecare and I am well pleased with everything. Dr. Cory and staff were so welcoming and efficient. The exam was excellent. They have a good selection of frames to choose from if you are going that route. Kelly Lynn and the receptionist (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) helped me select a frame which I really like. Thank you ladies! I would recommend Black Mountain Eyecare to everyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Black Mountain Family EyeCare. Having just moved to the area I was happy to see a place so highly reviewed near my home. I’ve been to many eye doctors in the past and it’s usually a painful waiting experience followed by the practice trying to force you to buy a pair of glasses or contacts on the spot. The staff and the doctor were great and helped walk me through the changes in my vision and some possible contact options. The rest of my family will definitely be going here and I will highly recommend to others!
