While the onwers/operators are nice people, I am afraid I cannot recommend this business. A mistake was made that stained 10 of my dress shirts (every shirt in a single batch) and they could not have handled the situation more poorly. Mistakes happen all the time, but I expect a business to accept fault and rectify the situation. The owners of Colony Cleaners resorted to excuses, saying it was their cleaner's fault (they outsource the dry cleaning/laundry), it was a problem with the "glue in my shirt", the stains were there from a previous dry cleaner - the list goes on.
