We aren't just any ordinary catering company. All of our food is cooked for you in our portable wood burning oven on location. These ovens are custom-built from bricks, concrete, and stainless steel. We also have a refrigerated prep/workstation and are equipped with running water. Whether a back-yard party or local farmer's market, you will find us, our oven and our delectable food.
Our goal and passion are the same: To produce food of the highest quality, made from local, seasonal, superb ingredients. Instead of offering a lot of mediocre choices, Fiamma Bella has an intentionally small, thoughtful menu of sweet and savory foods that our chef/owner, Melanie Ciccarelli-Raymond, continues to perfect.

Services
We attend large events such as festivals and fairs, as well as cater intimate get-togethers at your home. Our catering menu currently includes our full pizza menu plus seasonal specials, slow roasted beef brisket, pork roasts, barbecued pulled pork, chicken dishes, roasted vegetables, cheese plates, appetizers, salads and dessert pizza.

I found Fiamma Bella and Melanie by accident but I am so thrilled I hired her. She catered a graduation party for me and was so professional and easy going to work with. She was helpful in making suggestions for menu. All my guests were raving about how delicious the pizzas were and the quantity was generous! I look forward to working with her again.
