The #19 is Pastrami and corn beef prepared on a flat grill to perfection. (Disclaimer the Pastrami is not the same style as Katz). However the way that it was prepared really creates a balanced flavor or savory a touch of sweetness. Probably one of the best that I’ve had in while. That close early so check the time but worth the visit.

Nothing but good things to say about Fresser’s. They prepared food for a post-funeral gathering - finger sandwiches, deli platter, sides, bread/rolls, etc. ALL was terrific. Their service, their understanding of our needs. The price was VERY reasonable for the amount of food provided. We recommend them whole heartedly.

Since I wrote my first review of Fresser's back in 2017, I have been there many times - dozens & dozens. I've tried nearly every luncheon sandwich they have - my favorite is #19, FYI.
BUT, I really have tried their breakfast menu. It so happened that I had this past week off from work, so my wife & I went for breakfast. For me: a pastrami omelette with home fries and rye toast. My wife chose the ham & cheese omelette. Together, we shared a side of corned beef hashbrowns.
Oh, my! So delicious. I'm a meat lover and this really hit the spot. Cooked just right

Speechless. I will make it my life's mission to have every item on that holy scripture of a menu. I just ate there and had the BBQ steak and cheddar sandwich and it had the famed "MOISTMAKER" from the thanksgiving episode of Friends! I've never had that in real life!! A piece of bread soaked in BBQ inside the sandwich!! Genius. I hate when you get a salad as a meal and it's just white lettuce and half of a crappy tomato. NOT HERE! The garden salad had Sun-dried tomatoes!! Crisp fresh tomatoes!! Grilled peppers!! Chick peas!! Hello protein!! And a whole wheat wrap on the

Big portions but a little on the expensive side. Quality meats and breads tho! I go for lunch when I am around the area. I even forgot my wallet one day and Mike, the owner, allowed me to come back the next day and pay. You don't get that type of community in many places anymore. You can tell it's a local place with regulars.

Tremendous overstuffed sandwiches falling all over itself with slices of house-cured pastrami and corned beef on fresh baked marble rye.
Snagged a #19 - a toasted triple decker stacked high with the aforementioned meats, coleslaw and Russian dressing. At $13 with no sides, it's absolutely worth two meals, even though you'll be drooling at the first bite and with eyes way bigger than anyone's stomach. It's delicious!
In COVID times, two things to take note: the warm sandwiches are heavily dressed, and will likely destroy some of the bread stuff in transit if you're grabbing

My husband found this gem and he absolutely adores it. He says it is the best reuben sandwich he has ever had ! It looks really nice. I myself, did not try anything here. But the staff was super friendly and warm. Vibe inside cozy, clean and inviting. I want to try it for breakfast one day and sit at their counter. Only thing is...I find it a little pricey..$11 for a sandwich is a bit much.

This place is very well run: Ingredients are top notch, portions are generous, and the space itself is always very clean. On top of this, the pastrami is easily tops in the Boston area.
Fressers is a real NY style deli fyi, and it isn't cheap. That said, it is well worth the extra few bucks and hands down the best deli on the South Shore.

Delicious sandwiches stacked with well seasoned deli meats. I highly recommend the breakfast Reuben, which is exactly as it sounds with the addition of eggs. When I was in the Randolph more often that was my go-to meal! In addition to sandwiches and deli meats, they do sell frozen dog food that smells great (our dog loves it!)

This place is amazing. The sandwiches are giant, stuffed with high quality meat/ cheese, yet somehow easy to eat (in part due to the high quality bread they are using). Waitstaff is incredibly friendly, all the workers were ribbing on each other/ the regulars (they had a bunch of regulars). Will DEFINITELY be stopping by next time I'm in the area, or maybe taking the trip down from Boston just for a sandwich. Also they have Dirty chips.

Staff are super friendly, caught one employee on a bad day for brunch where she rushed out (assuming she quit), but the rest of the staff are noticeably friendly despite this little disruption.
What set this place apart though is the great French toast and breakfast options! I got the Breakfast Monte Cristo, which was a melt in your mouth French toast breakfast sandwich (top quality French toast bread used)! A quick note to about this place is that it's set up as a deli, so it's a little different from a typical dedicated breakfast joint. Seating is cozy with books and newspapers to read. This
