I have a Ph.D. in science from the University of Pennsylvania where we are trained to analyze data. I have found huge errors and unethical conduct on their web site regarding their rating of 2 Stars for Eastmont in Lincoln NB. They based it on Government Ratings. They rated one-star reviews on Medicare Quality Rating, Medicare Staff Rating (All Staff), and Medicare RN/Nurses Rating. The government facts on web does not support 1-Star Reviews.
