Living here in Adams Park Apartments has been pleasurably peaceful. The maintenance department, in my opinion, is the heart of the Adams Park community. Mr. Craig Brown, Frank Merrill, and Shawn (as well as the other maintenance team members) save and ease our time. They are respectful, courteous, and handle all matters in a timely fashion. They triple check their duties, ensuring that everything has been carefully fixed properly and thoroughly; the grounds are always clean and manicured. I will reiterate that every problem is always taken seriously and handled in the timeliest fashion. The 24

Me and my Fiancee have lived in this apartment for 2 almost 3 years now. We have been respected by the staff whenever we have had issues or questions and the maintenance crew have been professional, kind and timely in regarding any issues we've had.
The neighborhood feels safe as well as we've always had friendly neighbors come and go around us.
Despite being in between two hospital locations, it's still very quiet and peaceful.
The apartment itself feels like a small home with having 3 floors. The main entry level, upstairs and a basement.

We have lived here for about a month and we love it here! We were told that they were under new management and I have to say they are doing great so far! Grass is always mowed, the office staff is always helpful and the neighborhood is extremely kid friendly! My son loves all of the children in our area that he gets to play out front with. Very good community with friendly neighbors. So far, so good for us! 😊😊😊

We have been living in this older garden apartment style development for 3+ years. Located in a nice part of town, it feels quite safe. Spread out over many blocks it is maintained almost as if it were a private house. The development is kept clean, well landscaped and always maintained during snow. Management and staff are responsive and friendly and prices are reasonable. Public transportation and parking are convenient.

My family moved here while our new home was being built. It was one of the few places that allowed us to keep our pets. The apartments have a nice layout, with three floors even the smaller square footage did not seem so confining. The maintenance staff are excellent! I work nights and once the guys knew this they avoided loud outdoor repairs and ground maintenance around my apartment until later in the afternoon when they knew I would be up. It wasn't requested by me - they just did this and I am truly grateful! The management team, specifically Lisa, was so wonderful! She is very professional

I really enjoyed the experience I've had with Lisa and the management company. They were thoughtful and thorough. Lisa called me to ensure my maintenance requests were taken care of and even provided me a credit for a shower-head that was damaged in the process. PROS: Great neighborhood...animal friendly...close to Universities and hospitals...on the bus line...full basement with W/D hookups...maintenance is mostly responsive to requests...
CONS: The walls are thin so unless you have decent neighbors you'll get sick of them ( I can hear mine pee in the morning from my bedroom). Shoddy upkeep as far as the grounds are concerned. Gutters haven't been cleaned in the 3 years I've been here so the rain water just kind of pours down our back door and steps. Snow removal is a crap shoot and depends on which guy does it (we lose off-street parking

I love my current apartment and am only moving next month because I am buying my first house. The price is right (around $775 without pets, $805 with a dog) for a two bedroom townhouse with a full basement. I've never had anything break so I've never needed to ask maintenance to fix anything, but they keep both my front and back steps shoveled and are friendly. Plus they totally helped me out when I needed to get out of my lease early since I found a house sooner than I'd planned, and the settlement we worked out was totally fair. I recommend this place to my friends over many
