Gennaros Italian Grill & Pizzeria

My Culinary journey began in 1982 when I relocated to South Jersey to attend Stockton State College. I needed a part time job to help with tuition so I worked at a local restaurant as a dishwasher and prep cook; this where the love of creating a great meal began! I am Joseph DeGennaro or Chef Joe if you like!

I attended the Academy of Culinary Arts. In 1987 I decided to relocate and train in the United States Virgin Islands working at two major hotel brands where I created menu items using many different types of cuisines.
