I did not end up pursuing a home purchase, but was very impressed by the knowledge and care Derek gave me on the phone. Compared to other loan officers after different bank, he was able to de-mystify the process a lot more than elsewhere. I will definitely reach out and pursue their services next time I'm in the market.
