I would not recommend this sexist shop, took my wife's LG Wing in to get the front screen replaced, went to pick up the phone and have paid and I'm looking at the phone and asked about the cracked back, they said they snapped it trying to get the back off but only after I inquired about it.... As the guy is trying to pull up the parts to give us another quote on how much they will charge to fix the back glass the manager or lead is talking about a Galaxy tablet that needs to be fixed. One of the repair techs says Abby will be in tomorrow and can fix it, the lead says he isn't comfortable

I went in today to get my IPhone Xs screen fixed. The manager was really rude when I arrived. I took my phone home and automatically noticed it was not allowing me to text (I'm voice writing this now) and kept flipping to different screens on its own. I called and was told that sometimes they get defective screens and what is happening is called, "ghost touching" where the phone begins doing things on its own. I drove one hour round trip and will have to do this again this week! So two hours total. What a waste of gas and time! If they provide a defective product, they should offer

Went here after leaving Best Buy and quoted a 3 hour time frame for a battery replacement and over $100 . Googled battery replacement this place pulled up and i spoke to and was serviced by district manager Matt !! He was really nice , cool & acknowledgeable about what he was doing . First and foremost it did not take near to 3 hours . He got the battery out and in in less than 20 minutes. This is a new company that's expanding from the Atlanta area . They got my vote and my business for all of my phone and electronic needs !! Thanks Matt , you were amazing !!!

Kinda shocked to see all the negative reviews for this place. I usually research on Yelp before trying a service like this, but I needed my S8+ rear glass replaced and just did a quick Google search instead. I called, was quotted $69 over the phone, stopped in, and was out of the store in 25 minutes. I actually was able to stand there and watch them do the work which was really cool.
Also I had a broken sim tray stuck in the phone and they removed it for me for free. It wasn't an easy task either. They had to remove every screw to get to it.
I believe Brian helped me. Would definitely recommend

My husband took his broken watch here and was told it would be fixed in a day or two. One month later and after numerous phone calls and going to the store only to find it locked up each time, we find out from a different repair company that the owner Adam F. has a history of running off with customers items, being extremely rude (I'm sure you can decide that for yourself after you read the d**k rant he left on one review here), and getting evicted from his Chandler repair store for failure to pay rentMy husband was able to get ahold of him via Walmart actually contacting him and Adam yelled

Took my tab there to get fixed, they said they'll fix it within 2 weeks. I kept calling after 2 weeks and the guy who was supposed to call back never did. After 4 weeks they called back to say that they couldn't fix it and I could come pick it up. When I went they said they couldn't return my $144 because they worked on it and had to pay their workers by the hour. So not only did they not fix the tab, they kept the entire money.

Very nice guys, fixed my phone but beware of buying their "Bundle" package! While you pay for it in the store, you must go online to register and if you do NOT use their case, the warranty is VOID, something I did not realize! Would have been better off paying just for the repair and not buying into what turned out to be a waste of money!!!

I went into this Cellairis location this morning, after I took apart my bride's 3-yr-old Samsung Galaxy S4 to replace the USB Charging port board. Unfortunately I inadvertently sheered off the WiFi cable's posts. After visiting other stores, this place was my last chance to have it fixed, or I'd have to replace the phone...and I did NOT want to do that!
The District Manager of the store, Norm, was, hands-down, outstanding in his desire to resolve my problem. Not only did he have a spare
