Known as the "Gateway to the Grand Canyon" and located on Historic route 66, Williams, Arizona is nestled in the heart of the Kaibab National Forest at an elevation of 6,770 feet (at the base of the 9000' Peak of Bill Williams Mountain). Founded in 1880, Williams was named for the famous trapper, scout and mountain man, "Old" Bill Williams.

Absolutely our favorite stop. Love the authentic Route 66 history. The rooms are are so clean and cozy and the staff is wonderful! My teenage daughter didn't want to leave the bed because it's so comfortable!

Love it. Easy access from interstate. Easy booking over by phone, friendly staff.
Very cozy. Very good alternative if you are tired of standard hotels.

This place is a real gem. Old but redone so well with zero old smell like many old places. Decorated perfectly in rustic style. The out door gathering place near the fire place was awesome.
We will go back and so will friends that stopped by to check it out that stayed else where.

Easy check-in. Very clean room. Well decorated and has everything we need. Walk to town or sit outside by the (fake) fire. It's just a motel for sure, but a very nice one. I would definitely come back!

Absolutely fabulous staff. The room was phenomenal and worth every penny with it's rustic style ambiance. My kid, whom is usually hard to please regarding overnight stays, was impressed with the facilities.

Stayed there last night. The place makes you feel at home, it's like a home more than a hotel / motel. I was so pleased until I took a shower at night. The water pressure was horrible and I know the diverted was bad. Then when I went to bed I went to turn on the TV in the bedroom (it was a suite) and I had to get up to hit the power button , the remote wouldn't turn it on and off or the volume. The screen would say the remote had not been programmed yet. Wow, really ? So when it was time to go to sleep I had to get up and turn off the set. I did call the front desk and she said they would tell
