Someone told me that Lake Maitland Terrace is a 55+ community. Is that true? Not at all! We have all ages living at Lake Maitland Terrace. Our most cherished residents are our seniors, but we also have young families, singles, students, young executives, snowbirds, professionals, and semi-retired couples.
Your information will be shared with owners who are looking for a renter or putting their unit on the market. We are located next to the Enzian Theater on 17-92 in Maitland. From I-4, take the Lee Road exit, go east toward Winter Park. Turn left on 17-92 (Orlando Ave). Go 1.3 miles. Our ENTRANCE is the SECOND driveway past the Enzian Theater and just past the bus stop on the right.
The Lake Maitland Terrace Clubhouse is for the enjoyment of the Residents. Whether you relax on the porch overlooking the lake, work on your computer, meet with friends, or simply watch television, the Clubhouse is an extension of your condo home. PRISON is the word that best comes to mind when I reflect on LMT condos. The surroundings are very appealing, but do not let that fool you. You will be chased down in the parking lot if you are not going in the correct direction, but of course they have not gotten around to putting up the appropriate signs. Vistors beware, if they do not recognize you, the Maitland police will be called. If your garbage is put out an hour earlier, you will receive a warning letter. People are continually watching and video taping everything you do. If you feel that is a safety feature, think again! So, our people
