DONT DO IT! ..The 1st year was great.. then the prices went up while the quality went down! Units are OLD and DATED and yet STILL expensive. DO NOT rent from CONDO METROPOLIS as they will nickel and dime you to death. A fee for this , a fee for that! YOU DO NOT GET YOUR MONIES WORTH!! The walls are PAPER THIN and the complex is NOT mindful of who they rent to. My neighbors were loud and rude all times of night. HOA DID NOTHING!!! LOUD music, SCREAMING KIDS, SLAMMING DOORS, Police visits for crazy people arguing and fighting and then I had my car broken into just this morning. IM DONE WITH THIS

I would love to give this place five stars but I can't. Appearances and upkeep by the maintenance team is five stars. Other than that, this place is like living in one big frat house. People pull in into the complex in the wee hours of the morning blasting music right under your window. There is always, always some kind of truck pulling into the community unloading and loading stuff into their garages. Doesn't matter what time. Hell, myself and everyone else in my household woke up to a big ole truck and a Uhaul truck at a little before 6:00 AM this morning. People talking and carrying on like
