Booked and said I needed to contact the property at least 48hrs prior.....called a week ahead due to a dozen reviews claiming that it was very hard to get a hold of ANYONE. Long story short I never got a response and had to cancel and book elsewhere 24hrs before arriving. Thanks Club Hub keep up the good work! 👌🏼

Horrible! DO NOT BOOK! They will cheat you out of your money! We booked one of these vacation homes for our family vacation. I was told when I receive my confirmation I would receive information on how to access the property and get into the vacation home. When I received the confirmation email, there was no additional information on who or what number to contact. I searched the actual website. The first two numbers that are listed were out of service. The property managers number I got through to said she could not assist me at all since every unit is individually owned and she has no access to

So I stayed at this resort on July 1-6 2020 and the resort is Beautiful BUT the problem that we had was there was no one to contact incase there was anything wrong with the property. When we first arrived it took the longest for the property to send me the proper information so that I can enter where I was staying. On top of that The main bathroom that was at the house the sink kept leaking and there was no hot water in the shower. The living room tv did no work at all and we also saw about 3 roaches within the entire time staying there.(which I killed) While all of this was happening at the property
