Jovencia was literally sent from the heavens. She was very informative even prior to me signing up with her and once I did she kept me updated without having to ask. My score went up 200 points within 7 months of signing up. She even helped me get an American Express card and you guys know how hard that is. Upgrade Financial is highly recommended
