These guys are the absolute best. Sadly for me I chose another organization to help me with my tax issue. They were doing nothing for me. Luckily, I found My Tax Agency, Brian was wonderful, I expected another sales pitch and more money. What I got instead was a human being, he asked me a few questions, told me that I wasn't going to be eligible for the services the other organization sold me. He even pulled my IRS files and the documentation from the public record to show me--all without charging me anything. I'm trying to ditch the scammers, get my money back and become an already satisfied customer of My Tax Agency
