Was seen at this facility, good experience at visit. Got a new prescription for contacts they ordered them through my insurance and ordered the incorrect prescription and now I have wait for them to be reordered and I have since moved and have to make a longer trip back to the office to exchange the contacts once the new ones come in. No offer to pay for postage or any apology for the inconvenience, nothing but "sorry but you have to come bring us the wrong ones". Very disappointed in this poor service when it was at no fault of my own. They just lost 5 patients .

I usually dont post reviews but want to say that this was the worst experience I have ever had. Doctor was very nice & thorough. that's the only good thing about this visit. rest, horrible! said they couldnt access my records but would get back to me. Never received a call. I called once and they said still something wrong, would call me back. another week go by and no call. called today and was told sorry, they cannot cover. Called my insurance and I am covered. Got nothing but lies. I will never recommend this place

The staff were polite and friendly. The office and exam rooms were clean and tidy. The Dr took time to answer my questions and concerns. The Dr and staff explained testing procedures and helped me understand how these tests were used to look at and evaluate eye health in addition to improving my vision.

Never a good experience when I come here I've been by like 4 time now... first time for exam which they charged me out of pocket something about my insurance but I never had this issue before so I thought it was odd, second time I came to pick up my contacts that I ordered and I had allowance to cover it under my insurance they again tried to say it doesn't cover all of it which is again weird cause I once again always used my allowance to get my contacts and never had to come out of pocket for it I refused to give them money I told them to look into it then give me a call cause I contacted

I have been coming to this place since my first eye check-up as a kid and the quality has been consistently great. They are extremely accommodating to emergencies and are clear about all fees up front. The transition to the new eye doctor that has taken practice has been seamless and he is just as nice and knowledgeable as the previous doctor.

I got my glasses lens made from here. It took near 3 weeks to complete. And just the other day I was taking my hoodie off n got caught on my glasses slightly and lens fell out. Screw is on tight. Lens seems like it’s not made well. I had glasses done at Costco before and never had any problems. I used vision source this time since I got my eye exam there. Never again.
I like the doctor and the office but I wouldn’t get my glasses done here.

The staff here are amazing! We were greeted warmly when we arrived and my appointment started right on time. I had to bring my 18 month old daughter with me to the appointment and they were so incredibly kind and patient with her while I had my eyes checked. They have all the up to date technology, were able to take a picture of the inside of my eye, which was pretty cool and the prices seemed pretty competitive. Would definitely recommend!

Went there for an eye exam a pair of glasses and questions about my dry eyes, the doctor gave me sample drops to try and it didn't work, which was fine I didn't really expect magic from sample drops. The whole experience was ok until bills started to show up, with insurance everything added up to around $600. This was a lot more then what I was expecting for a pair of glasses (high end lens but cheapest frame) and 2 fifteen min visits. I call them 3 Friday's ago to ask about the high bill they said they would call me back, I ended up calling them last Friday and they said they

I am a new patient and I came in today for a check up. Everyone is very friendly and I really felt comfortable there. The Doctor was very easy to talk to, explained me multiple options and helped me through the process. There was only two pages of paperwork to fill out, mostly yes and no questions. Receptionist was very sweet and offered me water as soon as she handed me the form to fill out. Thank heavens because it's 82 outside.

I came to this place as a new customer and while the Dr was nice {the only thing saving them from a no star review} they really failed on the back end. First it took over a month to get my contacts. Why did it take a month? I don't know, they never gave me a reason. When the contacts finally came in there was no fitting or anything, they just handed them to me in a bag and sent me on my way. Then I got the bill from my insurance, apparently they billed my insurance over $600.00 dollars for a routine eye exam and contacts ??!!!!! I can get my contacts anywhere else for $68-75 depending on where
