I came with dress pants for my son that i needed to be fixed before a competition next week. Alteration lady took them, she told me to pay upfront and to come back "on Wednesday". On the said day i dedicated my lunch break specifically to come by with my son just to find out that she hasn't even started yet. With no respect to my time she said that she is too busy and she wouldn't be able to do it. Why did she take it at the first place - i don't know. But i had to leave and start from 0 with another alteration person being now even more limited on time.

Terrible job! I took a suit and dress pants to get dry cleaned and not only does it have a strange smell to it but they did a terrible job dry cleaning as well. Dress pants typically come with a nice crease the pants now have 2 lines ... bad quality. Expensive for no reason.
